What you'll work on

You'll be embedded in a product squad, working closely with engineers and product managers. Your primary focus will be on Office Action and Search - two of our core modules - where design impact is most needed right now.

• Design features that transform complex patent workflows into elegant, user‑centric experiences.
• Elevate the quality and coherence of our UX/UI across platforms (web, desktop, MS Word integration).
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping raise the design culture at DeepIP.
• Own the full design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Work autonomously within your squad, taking decisions and moving fast without needing daily oversight.

About you

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment.
• At least one experience in a startup or scale‑up, you know what it means to move fast with ownership.
• You work end‑to‑end, from discovery to polished handoff, and don't need to be managed day‑to‑day.
• You actively use AI tools in your design workflow, not as a bonus, but as a core part of how you work.
• You communicate proactively, take feedback well, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers.
• Fluent English.

What success looks like (first 90 days)

You're integrated into the team, able to deliver design work autonomously with light supervision, and your output fits naturally into the product's overall design language and spirit.

Recruitment process

1. Intro Call – A 30‑minute conversation to get to know you and your motivations.
2. Culture & Technical Fit – A discussion with Damien (PM) to explore your background and way of working.
3. Design Test – To assess your problem‑solving, UX thinking, and visual execution.
4. Co‑founder Interview – Final chat with one of our co‑founders to align on vision and long‑term fit.
