We are looking for a Digital Design Manager (based in Lille or Paris) to lead the In-store Digital Design team.\n\n300 teammates in 40 digital product team are dedicated to supporting Decathlon teammates and customers within our physical stores,. Our goal is to preserve and enhance the human bond, leveraging digital, data, and AI to empower store teams, ensuring excellence in efficiency and business operations, while managing and delivering an outstanding, tailored customer experience .\n\n

As a Digital Design Manager, you are the guardian of this vision. Your responsibilities are structured around four major pillars:\n\n1. Vision & Strategy
Co-define and champion the experience vision adapted to each sub-perimeter.
Influence the strategic roadmap in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data tracks.
2. Management & Leadership
Recruit, onboard, and support the career development of designers (both internal and external).
Ensure team well-being and cultivate a work environment built on autonomy and accountability.
3. Excellence & Craft
Oversee execution quality throughout the entire cycle: from Strategy and Discovery to Delivery and experience monitoring.
Establish design rituals (design reviews, critiques) to elevate the level of craft.
Promote the adoption of the Design System and experience principles, while driving performance through Design KPIs.
