Product Design Lead: Marketer-Facing CWT

L'Oréal's Design team in the Beauty Tech division is seeking a Lead Designer to own the marketer-facing Content Workflow Tool (CWT) end-to-end. You will translate business goals into design strategy, shaping the product from brief to final asset, with collaboration across product, engineering and data.

You’ll define features, drive the design system integration, and help the wider marketer-facing suite scale.
