Product Design Lead, Elements Experience & AI (Hybrid)

Sanofi is seeking a Consumer Experience Design Lead in Paris to shape Elements as a global experience system. You will drive practitioner experience and governance with an emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and scalable patterns across design, AI, and product operations.

You will collaborate with engineering, product teams, and vendors, leading design enablement and ensuring accessible, consistent experiences across the Sanofi digital ecosystem.
