Product Design Lead: Content Workflow Tool (Hybrid)

L’Oréal Groupe’s Design team inside Beauty Tech is seeking a Lead Designer to own the marketer-facing experience and the Content Workflow Tool (CWT) end-to-end.

You’ll turn business objectives into a design strategy, define the problem space, and collaborate with product, engineering and data to shape the future of the suite.

This role combines leadership, system thinking, and hands-on design to deliver scalable, trusted experiences across consumer, professional, and marketer workflows.
