Product & Design Lead

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer & Manager to own the product end-to-end. While the role is centered on product design and management, you will be deeply embedded across every team: tech, ops, marketing, sales.

This is a full-time CDI for a designer at heart with a product manager’s mindset, 2–5 years of experience, and a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling.

You will be tasked with:

• Owning the product roadmap end-to-end : prioritizing features, managing the backlog, coordinating with the tech team, and shipping on a predictable cadence.
• Designing the full UX/UI of the investment platform : flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready Figma files, maintaining a rigorous design system, with the constant ability to translate hard concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Running user research : conducting regular user interviews, synthesizing insights, and systematically feeding learnings back into the product.
• Contributing to brand and marketing design : supporting visual consistency across the platform, the website (Webflow), and marketing materials.
• Embedding AI into the product workflow : leveraging LLMs and AI tools to accelerate spec writing, design system documentation, wireframe generation, and research synthesis.

As an early team member, you will also be expected to help us grow and improve as a company, defend our culture and values, and constantly challenge and improve our processes.

You will be a good fit if:

• You have 2–5 years of experience in a high-stakes, low-stability environment. You’re energized by the challenge, not paralyzed by it. Bonus points if you have prior exposure to fintech, investment, or payment products.
• You have outstanding energy and self-direction. You don’t need hand-holding. You identify what needs to be done and you do it, at a high standard, without being asked twice.
• You have strong visual taste that is spontaneously right. You make confident design decisions, you can defend them, and your portfolio is the proof. You are as comfortable with a complex UX flow as with a beautifully crafted UI detail.
• You think and communicate like a product manager . You can write a clean spec, run a backlog, and have a productive conversation with a developer about trade-offs.
• You are analytically rigorous and deeply curious. You are not intimidated by complex financial products. You actually find it exciting to translate hard concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
• You are proactive, structured and autonomous. You can hold multiple workstreams without dropping the ball. You’re comfortable in ambiguity and know how to figure things out.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Bonus points if you’ve used AI tools (Claude, LLMs) as part of your design or product workflow.
