Product Counsel - IP & Commercial Deals (Gaming)

Ubisoft is seeking a Product Counsel to provide end-to-end daily legal support for HQ/group topics and cross-franchise initiatives. You will ensure governance, risk standards, and scalable legal practices across the organization.

Alongside embedded counsels, you will draft, negotiate and manage commercial agreements covering production, marketing, distribution, and IT, while training teams to apply sound legal judgment that fuels creativity.
