Product & Client Consultant - ERM XVA

The Team

You will join the XVA team, starting with an embedment in the Product group responsible for designing and evolving solutions for X‑valuation adjustments. After gaining product expertise, you transition to Client Services, where you will deliver solutions and assist clients in using the MX.3 platform. XVA solutions are expanding rapidly due to regulatory constraints and growing needs from risk managers and trading desks. Both product and client‑services teams work at the intersection of quantitative finance, risk management and product development, collaborating closely with product experts, development teams and clients to ensure solutions meet real‑world business needs.

Your Missions / What you’ll do

• Embedment in the Product team to develop expertise on a complex, cross‑functional solution before joining Client Services.
• Develop a broad skill set that includes product development and client‑facing activities.
• Follow agile execution and perform functional validation of new features to guarantee quality and usability.
• Manage packaging and documentation for newly delivered capabilities, supporting internal enablement and promoting the solution across teams.
• Support clients in using the solution, investigating complex issues and coordinating with development teams as required.

Your Profile / Who you are

• Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Markets, or a similar quantitative field from an engineering school or university.
• Possess strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and software development.
• Have a good analytical mindset with attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and summarize complex topics.
• Show client‑facing communication skills and the capacity to work with cross‑functional and technical teams as well as business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate autonomy and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Be curious, proactive, and interested in learning diverse financial engineering topics.
• Have a solid understanding of financial products, pricing models, structured product lifecycles, market data, and risk metrics (desired but not mandatory).
