Product Business Analyst – Front Office Solutions

We are recruiting a Product Manager for the Trading Product Evolution Service, a core team within the MX.3 platform, dedicated to delivering cutting‑edge tools for traders across all front‑office desks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs in collaboration with client services and end‑users and translate them into functional specifications.
- Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria as part of an Agile team.
- Ensure quality delivery of features, aligned with sprint planning and supported by proper documentation.
- Monitor market and technology trends to anticipate their integration into the platform.
- Promote product features internally and externally, acting as a product ambassador.
- Support pre‑sales and implementation by sharing product expertise with clients worldwide.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (finance specialization not required).
- Passionate about technology and product management.
- Strong analytical skills and a fast‑learning curve.
