Your future role
Localization: Saint Ouen, France or Derby, UK
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll lead the definition and development of Alstom RSC’s Generic Architecture Strategy, making a significant impact on our approach to product development and market competitiveness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, services, industrial), develop roadmaps and delivery plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of aligning strategy with stakeholders, measuring adherence to Generic Architectures, and inspiring a product-focused mindset shift, but also organizing Steering Committee’s and communities of practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of the Generic Architecture Strategy
- Creating roadmaps and delivery plans for transformation
- Negotiating and aligning strategy across diverse stakeholders
- Assessing progress and addressing deviations with performance indicators
- Organizing communities of practice to mature understanding
- Developing cross-functional product processes and ways of working
- Preparing and monitoring development work packages
All about you

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years as a Site/Entity Métier Team leader in various industries (e.g., Aerospace, Railways)
- Proven experience in international product development and cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Chartered Engineer certification (desirable)
- Strategic vision for market needs and competitiveness trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results
- Fluency in English with excellent coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to engage in critical business travel as required
