Product and Pipeline Communications Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Product and Pipeline Communications, Europe and Canada to join our Product and Pipeline Communications International team, supporting Europe and Canada.

Locations: Munich, Paris, Madrid (Hybrid model).

Responsibilities

• Lead in‑country communications priorities, strategies, and processes.
• Develop country‑level strategies for stakeholder communications programs.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical, and Medical Affairs teams.
• Manage media relations, medical congress support, and milestone communications.
• Identify communications risks and recommend appropriate response strategies.
• Shape Corporate Affairs strategies with regional insights and local updates.
• Advise cross‑functional partners with sound judgment and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7–9+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of product and/or pipeline communications experience.
• Global, regional, and in‑country communications expertise within Europe.
• Understanding of EU regulatory, commercial, and legal pharmaceutical communications.
• Fluent in English and at least one of German, French, or Spanish.
