Product Analyst - Integrations

In this role, you will contribute to shaping and optimizing global payment integration capabilities that power seamless transactions across multiple markets. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner ecosystems, analysing integration options and helping define scalable, high-impact technical solutions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and curiosity for complex systems, especially within payments and APIs. You will play a key role in turning data and technical insights into actionable product improvements. Working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will help ensure integration performance, reliability, and scalability. Accountabilities

• Lead discovery and coordination with global payment partners, facilitating discussions and analysing technical documentation
• Evaluate and compare integration options to define the most effective connectivity strategies for merchants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on partner APIs, features, and integration capabilities
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality integration solutions from concept to release
• Monitor the performance of deployed integrations and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
• Develop, track, and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of integration processes
• Support cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, and partner teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a Product Analyst, Product, or similar role, ideally within payments or financial services
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and present technical analysis clearly
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail combined with strategic and problem-solving thinking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
