Producer

Art + Commerce is looking for a Producer in their Paris office. This person will work closely with two Senior Agents - one based in Paris, and one based in London, the artists they represent, accounting department, and the team to successfully complete projects. This position requires a calm, strong, intelligent, intuitive personality. This person must be able to maintain a positive attitude, respond efficiently to requests, multi-task and manage demanding schedules and requests, and communicate with people politely and effectively at all different levels. This position allows for the Producer to work in a collaborative team environment, interacting with exceptional photographers, stylists, and hair stylists while obtaining an insider’s view at the highest level. This position provides the opportunity to learn at one of the leading artist representation agencies in the world.

III. Essential Functions:

• Providing general support and daily communication to artists, producers, clients, assistants, vendors
• Preparing estimates, manage budgets and update options
• Updating artist calendars and coordinate all travel for artists and assistants
• Managing and updating artist online portfolios
• Accounting management, expenses, billing, and wrapping jobs in a timely manner
• Managing multiple artists schedules
• Attend meetings, shoots, on-site fashion show production support
• Manage business travel arrangements
• Oversee in all details of photo, hair stylist, and stylist production
• Managing all estimate creation/revision processes
• Daily communication with artists
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a demonstrated passion for photography, art, hair, makeup, styling, fashion, and publishing.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in production, artist management, or a related field.
• Proven experience liaising with artists, producers, and clients in a professional capacity.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor and discretion when working with high‑profile clients and artists.
• Must be able to multitask and manage demanding schedule and requests from clients and artists.
• Familiarity with key industry professionals, including photographers, stylists, set designers, hair and makeup artists.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and calendar management tools.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to support artists during fashion events.
• Required in-office presence four days per week, with seasonal travel as necessary.
• English and French professional language fluency required.
