Procurement Transformation & Capability Lead

Suntory Beverage & Food Europe is seeking a Procurement Change & Capability Lead to drive transformation across the procurement function. You will shape the capability framework, design learning programmes and lead change initiatives in a fast-evolving international environment.

You will collaborate with People & Culture and Procurement leaders to close capability gaps, promote best practices and enable digital tools adoption, influencing markets across Europe while engaging diverse stakeholders.
