  • Deliver executive‑level reporting – Ensure quarterly performance reporting to Group Procurement leadership, translating data into clear, actionable narratives for senior audiences.
  • Fuel continuous improvement – Analyze procurement spend and savings to proactively identify efficiency opportunities and challenge the status quo.

Expected Skills & Experience

  • Strategic thinker who challenges assumptions and drives change.
  • Advanced Excel skills for performance data analysis.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills – you know how to build a deck that lands in a boardroom.

Soft Skills / Transversal Skills

  • Fluent in English & French (spoken and written).
  • Expert stakeholder manager – equally comfortable presenting to a C‑suite executive and collaborating with operational teams.
  • Influencing without authority – able to align and mobilize cross‑functional teams around shared goals without direct reporting lines.
  • Conflict resolution & negotiation – skilled at navigating tensions, particularly in sensitive contexts such as savings validation with Finance.
  • Executive communication – concise, confident, and impactful whether in a one‑pager or a boardroom presentation.
  • Resilience & adaptability – able to manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguity with composure.
  • Ability to zoom out, see the big picture, and prioritize what truly matters.
  • Structured, rigorous, and organized – you bring clarity to complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator.

Where will you be in the organization?

You’ll join the Group Procurement division, whose mission is to increase AXA's competitiveness by optimizing the end‑to‑end procurement cycle and building a high‑performance, sustainable, and risk‑managed supplier base.
