Procurement Oracle Cloud Functional Lead – ERP Rollout

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Lead to support a large industrial group in the final rollout phase of its Oracle ERP Cloud programme — replacing Oracle E-Business Suite across its remaining entities.

What you'll be doing

• Support the ERP Functional Project Manager in coordinating activities, meetings and workshops with business, IT and integrator teams
• Ensure activities are delivered in line with project planning, priorities, milestones and deadlines
• Act as the communication hub between business and IT teams
• Identify, communicate and elevate risks or issues proactively

Data gathering & process alignment

• Support local business teams in gathering and collecting information required for system setup
• Demonstrate the Oracle Cloud Blueprint to business stakeholders within the Procurement domain
• Guide business in adopting the solution in line with local processes

Integrator oversight

• Oversee integrator deliverables across Build, configuration, reporting, SIT/UAT, defect management, production setup, cutover and documentation phases
• Ensure deliverables meet project scope and business requirements

Testing & validation

• Contribute to test scenario and script creation, validation and execution
• Guide business teams through UAT preparation
• Drive UAT execution and defect analysis with business
• Contribute to Data Migration Strategy definition alongside the data migration lead and business teams
• Support transcodification, mapping validation and resolution of data migration issues

Change management & training

• Support Business Champions and integrators during end‑user training sessions
• Deliver end‑user training as required

Cutover & hypercare

• Support business during cutover, go‑live and hypercare activities to ensure smooth transitions
• Monitor and track issues and incidents during cutover and go‑live

Must-have profile

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations (EBS and/or Oracle Cloud)
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Procurement modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contract
• Solid business expertise in Procurement processes
• Strong teaching and knowledge‑transfer skills
• Ability to document, present and summarise clearly and rigorously
• Ability to drive stakeholders to decisions without holding a managerial position
• Rigorous, pragmatic and organised
• Willing and able to travel

Nice to have

• Specific Oracle ERP Cloud experience (in addition to EBS)
