Procurement Manager

• Lead the procurement strategy for the assigned scope and manage a team of five employees.
• Manage, engage, and develop the Procurement team.
• Define departmental objectives, establish performance indicators, and monitor them.
• Allocate projects and activities based on priorities, skills, and workload.
• Support skills development, lead recruitment processes, and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and implement the procurement strategy in line with the Group’s strategic direction.
• Deploy and coordinate Group procurement strategies with the relevant teams.
• Ensure effective management of the supplier portfolio.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to procurement categories.
• Monitor the market and conduct regular benchmarking activities.
• Track key procurement performance indicators.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports.
• Regularly communicate results and progress to stakeholders.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with the Quality, Production, and Product Development departments.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing procurement teams and leading strategic initiatives.
• Mandatory experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of issues related to production, quality, supply, and product development is essential.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to unite teams and drive change.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
