Your role

Working in direct collaboration with the Procurement Excellence Manager, you serve as the primary voice and connector for our Procurement Excellence strategic roadmap. Your mission is to ensure that every team member understands, adopts, and masters our shared goals. By driving and coordinating a range of transformation projects, you support the development of functional improvement initiatives—from standardizing policies to fostering a culture of continuous learning. Through proactive communication and community engagement, you turn our Procurement vision into a daily operational reality. You will monitor governance and compliance across systems and regions, ensuring our global community is empowered, aligned, and inspired to achieve our collective maturity, efficiency, and performance objectives.

What are you going to do?

  1. Strategy Animation & Roadmap Delivery: Drive the communication and deployment of the Procurement operating model and Excellence roadmap. Ensure the vision is translated into clear, actionable initiatives that are understood and embraced by the entire function.
  2. Process & Systems Advocacy (SME): Act as the functional expert (SME) to guide stakeholders in prioritising improvements. Beyond identifying changes, you will promote the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools to ensure they deliver their full value.
  3. Capability Building & Cultural Leadership: Serve as a lead coach to elevate the team's maturity. You will actively teach process excellence and be a role model for continuous improvement, fostering a mindset of "best-in-class" performance across the organisation.
  4. Project Orchestration & Governance: Manage the lifecycle of excellence initiatives by developing and maintaining process documentation, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and reporting on milestones. Act as the central facilitator to ensure all workstreams remain aligned and performant.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement & Value Tracking: Build and maintain strong relationships across Procurement and other functions. Coordinate efforts to identify, classify, and measure the concrete benefits of our initiatives (e.g., compliance levels, savings, or agility).

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Procurement Supply Chain, or Management Project or Change related experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant Procurement process and project management experience; knowledge of continuous improvement and change/project management concepts; proven experience in developing/deploying/improving Procurement processes, policies, systems, and tools.
  • MS Office incl. Visio; experience and working knowledge of project management tools; sound knowledge of process design, drafting, and documentation.
  • Very good communication, presentation, training, and influencing skills, ability to collaborate, lead, and coach teams. Proactive and engaging, highly self‑motivated with the ability to think end‑to‑end; fluent in English (written and spoken). Able to demonstrate agility, adaptability, and curiosity, with an open mindset to brainstorm and innovate.

As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviours and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed. By employing people with different experiences and abilities, we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity and innovation.
