Procurement Contracts Counsel — AI-Driven Legal Advisory

• Draft, negotiate and finalize direct and indirect procurement contracts (service agreements, supply of goods, IT services, etc.).
• Ensure contractual relationships are managed and monitored throughout their lifecycle.
• Advise and support operational teams on all legal issues related to purchasing.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation with suppliers or service providers, in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Lead document governance by drafting and updating contract templates, guides and other reference materials.
• Actively contribute to the digitalization of the legal function, notably through the adoption and deployment of generative AI tools.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Law (equivalent to French Master 2).
• You have at least 2 years of experience gained in a law firm or within the legal department of a large international group.
• You are experienced in negotiating contracts involving complex issues.
• Excellent analytical and advisory skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in legal English, both written and spoken, is essential.
