You will work closely with EPC contractors, vendors, operations teams, and multidisciplinary engineering leads to ensure safe, optimized, and cost-effective process and flow assurance solutions.The RoleAs a Process & Flow Assurance Engineer , you will be responsible for supervising and validating all process and flow assurance engineering activities across Brownfield offshore projects.You Will Play a Key Role In

• Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transport and processing of hydrocarbons
• Coordinating EPC contractor deliverables
• Maintaining technical integrity of designs within project, cost, and schedule constraints

The position combines deep technical expertise, risk management, and stakeholder coordination in a complex offshore environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess & Flow Assurance Engineering

• Review and validate key technical deliverables: PFDs, P&IDs, calculation notes, simulations, and design basis
• Ensure flow assurance performance (hydration, wax, slugging, corrosion, etc.) across production systems
• Identify deviations from specifications and drive optimization strategies

Project & Contractor Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate EPC contractors and engineering activities
• Participate in technical reviews and discipline meetings with contractors and vendors
• Validate technical queries, deviations, and derogations in coordination with headquarters

Safety & Risk Management

• Promote strong HSEQ culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Participate actively in HAZOP / HAZID and process safety reviews
• Anticipate risks and define mitigation actions

Operational Integration & Optimization

• Optimize process design to support offshore operations and SIMOPS constraints
• Ensure smooth integration of new equipment into existing facilities
• Prepare and consolidate engineering deliverables for handover to operations teams

Tools & Engineering Scope

• Process simulations & calculation tools
• Engineering documentation: PFD, P&ID, design basis, technical notes
• Interfaces with subsea, production, and offshore systems

ProfileEducation

• Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, or Flow Assurance Engineering

Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas engineering
• Strong expertise in process engineering and flow assurance
• Proven experience in offshore environments (FPSO and/or Brownfield projects preferred)
• Good understanding of subsea production systems and hydrocarbon transport challenges
• Experience working with EPC contractors and complex project environments
