You will act as a true partner to the project teams to design, optimize and secure process solutions tailored to the requirements of the energy sector. Your role will lead you to interact with multiple stakeholders, take into account operational and regulatory constraints, and seek the best compromises between performance, quality and feasibility. Analyze the functional and technical needs related to the project’s installations and processes.
Carry out or validate process design studies: material and energy balances, sizing, process flow diagrams, technical notes.
Define, optimize and secure technical choices in line with performance, safety and maintainability requirements.
Draft and update technical documentation: specifications, analyses, calculation notes, justification files.
Participate in design reviews, discussions with internal teams and interactions with project stakeholders.
Contribute to the technical monitoring of suppliers and the validation of proposed solutions.
Identify points requiring attention, propose improvement areas and support the resolution of technical deviations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE rules and the specific requirements of the energy sector.
This position requires a profile capable of operating confidently in technical contexts where precision, rigor and analytical skills make the difference. Engineering degree or equivalent in process engineering, chemical engineering, energy engineering or a related discipline.5 to 10 years of professional experience in roles related to processes, engineering or technical studies.
Good command of process design principles: balances, sizing, optimization and interpretation of technical diagrams.
Appreciated knowledge of energy, industrial environments or those with strong regulatory constraints.
Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation that can be used by various stakeholders.
Ease in project team work and in interactions with clients, suppliers and related professions.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy and method in managing priorities.
Fluency in professional French; technical English is an additional asset depending on the projects.
The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
