Process Engineer

GS Group are supporting an R&D opportunity for a III-V Process Integration & Layout Engineer.

The role will focus on process development, device layout and fabrication, working closely with external technology partners and internal engineering teams across design, testing, packaging and industrialisation.

Requirements:

• Experience working with III-V semiconductor technologies - InP and/or GaAs
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process integration and fabrication
• Experience with device or photonic layout
• Experience working with external fabrication or technology partners
• Exposure to electrical and/or optical device testing
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams
