Process Development Engineer - Paper Mill Chemistry

DS Smith is seeking a Process Development Engineer to push boundaries in process chemistry across our mill network, enabling smarter, cleaner and more efficient papermaking while advancing circularity and sustainability.

You will lead audits, data analysis, modelling and trials, train mill teams, and collaborate with Procurement and R&D to transfer lab successes to live production and realise measurable improvements.
