Role Overview

We are looking for an engineer to oversee the development and scale-up of our molecular biology and microbiology processes, as well as their continuous improvement. The role sits at the interface between R&D and production : it involves supporting protocols from the proof-of-concept stage in research through to their stable, robust and high-performance implementation within our production team.

In practical terms, you will be the point of contact for process maturation: taking a protocol that works on a few samples, scaling it up to a level representative of our operational needs, making it more robust, and then handing it over to the production team.

Beyond scale-up, you will be a driving force behind the continuous improvement of the platform: identifying bottlenecks, measuring and optimising handling times, improving quality and reproducibility, and evolving our proc
