Private PA & Household Manager - Monaco
Our client is looking for a skilled, proactive and solutions-orientated PA to support him across all of his private affairs and run his household. The founder travels extensively for work and is hugely discreet and private. His PA needs to be willing to travel with him where needed and act as his right hand in ensuring his life runs smoothly day to day. His life is very busy and he is always on the go, so he needs someone responsive out of hours, however he is reasonable and actual work will only be required if urgent. This role will also work closely with his wife in managing the household. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hungry and high energy PA who would relish the chance to work for an inspiring founder. This is a new role that needs someone to take ownership of it, as such there is lots of room for growth. Duties will include but not be limited to:
Private PA / Household Manager Duties
- Assist with the everyday requirements of a high-net-worth family with the upmost discretion
- Calendar management; things can be ever changing so flexibility and pre-empting is needed
- Planning and organising all personal travel and holidays (finding villas/hotels/chalets, flight bookings, private jets, transfers etc)
- Organising events (e.g. dinners, family parties, weekend trips)
- Managing a team of 5 household staff
- Handling household bills, car MOTs and services, property insurance renewals etc
- Liaising with accountants
- Sourcing gifts for friends and family
Desired Qualities
- 8-15 years EA/PA experience with experience at founder/C-suite level
- Experience running a private household
- The ability to juggle workloads and work at pace
- A solution-orientated mind set and ‘fixer’ attitude
They will consider candidates who can commute to Monaco from the South of France or who live close by in Italy, and they will also consider candidates who are willing to relocate.
Salary: depends on experience, they want to find the right person
