Private Equity Real Estate - Asset Manager

Our client is an international real estate private equity firm investing in and managing a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential assets across Europe.

They are seeking a high-calibre, analytically strong Asset Manager to join their Paris office.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and play a central role in driving value creation initiatives within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with the investment team, contributing to asset performance optimisation and the execution of strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute value-creation initiatives (leasing strategies, repositioning, capex optimisation)
• Lead financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and return projections
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, business plans, and reforecasts
• Monitor and optimise asset performance across a diversified portfolio
• Coordinate with property managers, brokers, and external advisors
• Conduct market and sector analysis to support asset-level decisions
• Prepare reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
• Support refinancing, hold/sell analyses, and potential disposals

Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate asset management
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline
