Private Equity Internship: Front-Office Sourcing & Modelling

Responsibilities

Involvement through the different stages of the investment cycle:

• Deal sourcing: identification and qualification of investment targets, market research
• Deal execution: contribution to financial analysis, modelling, strategic due diligence and drafting of IC documents
• Ad-hoc projects in portfolio companies
• Exposure to all the sectors and geographies covered by Seven2

Qualifications

• Master student in top‑tier European business or engineering schools
• Solid financial, analytical and presentation skills
• Fluent English and professional French
• Autonomy, proactiveness and strong motivation for Private Equity
• First internship experience in a top‑tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or PE firm required
