Private Equity Associate | Paris

We are partnering with a pan-European mid-market private equity fund on the search for an Associate to join their Paris office.

The firm runs a multi-sector strategy across services, healthcare, consumer and industrials, backing founders and management teams on buyout and growth investments across Europe.

The role:

• Full deal involvement — origination support, due diligence, modelling, execution
• Portfolio work alongside senior investment professionals
• Lean team, high exposure, genuine pan-European deal flow

The profile:

• 2–4 years experience at a leading PE fund, bulge bracket or elite boutique (M&A / LevFin)
• Track record of high-quality deal execution — strong modelling a must
• Fluent French and English
