The team is composed of 8 people, and you will be under the responsibility of the Managing Partner.
During your internship, you will help the team on the following topics:
- Project management for new fund-raising activities: preparation/update of dataroom, responses to investor questionnaires, quantitative market analysis,
- Preparation and updating of marketing documentation (pitches) for different funds managed by Seven2,
- Preparation of supporting documents for Annual General Meeting & Board of advisors,
- Update Investor Relations databases, including investor/prospect lists, and improve tracking of LP/prospect contacts with LPs and prospects,
- Update the Investors section of Seven2’s CRM,
- Market watch (e.g. benchmarking performance of competing funds),
- Help organize conferences.## Preferred Experience
- Education: Master student in corporate finance or business school specializing in finance
- Prior 6+ months experience in **Private Equity**, **Transaction Services** or **Strategy Consulting**
- Master financial modeling in Excel
- Master the creation of Powerpoint slides and Word memos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills **in French and in English*** **Professionalism, rigor, proactiveness, curiosity** and **strong motivation** for Private Equity## Additional Information
