About The Role

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next‑generation models. We are seeking experienced private equity professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real‑world relevance of AI‑powered private equity solutions.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs across private equity topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, value creation, and exit strategies
• Evaluate AI content for business realism, financial logic, and relevance to genuine private equity challenges
• Draft realistic scenarios and case studies informed by your direct private equity experience
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives (e.g. deal team, portfolio CEO, limited partner, board member)
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impractical logic in AI‑generated responses

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI‑generated private equity content, ensuring it reflects authentic expertise and robust reasoning. Instead of delivering traditional advice, you’ll leverage your private equity experience to help AI systems deeply understand and reason about PE challenges at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior‑level private equity consultant, investment professional, or corporate finance expert
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
• Several years of hands‑on experience in private equity transactions, portfolio operations, due diligence, valuation, or exit planning
• Strong ability to spot weak logic, theoretical gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in financial reasoning
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near‑time availability
