Print Production Project Manager – UK & US Accounts (H/F) | Luxury Packaging & Print

As we enter a new phase of strategic growth, we're strengthening our production team with a highly agile, technically-minded Producer / Project Manager to act as the vital bridge between our international client teams and our Paris production ateliers.

The Role

You will lead print production for our UK and US accounts, managing every stage of the project, from brief to final delivery while acting as the primary technical point of contact for our Global Sales teams in London and New York. Your role is to coordinate every production detail with precision: technical specifications, materials, finishing, budget and timeline. This position requires a strong combination of technical knowledge and efficient operational organisation. You thrive in a dynamic environment, reacting to client feedback, budget restrictions, timelines and technical requirements / attention to detail is essential. You keep hundreds of email threads under control without missing a beat, and know how to turn a demanding brief into a flawless, on-time, on-budget production run.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project execution end-to-end: brief, technical specification, production oversight, delivery
• Act as the go-to technical expert for Sales in London and New York, turning briefs into viable technical specifications that shall meet budget and timeline requirements
• Brief the costing team and manage quote sign-off
• Manage artwork checks, client approvals, and third-party designer relationships
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground for the Director on live projects: run on-site press passes and quality checks, relay client changes to the wider team
• Proactively keep clients and stakeholders informed on schedules and progress
• Strong client focus: proven ability to manage client satisfaction under pressure, balancing creative ambition against budget, timeline and technical constraints

Key Attributes:

• 5+ years managing print production projects, with strong knowledge of finishing techniques (foil stamping, embossing, binding, litho)
• Fully bilingual English non-negotiable, as you'll work daily with both our Paris production team and our London/NY sales teams. French speaking would give more confort to your daily life. Italian is a strong plus
• Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, and project management systems
• Sharp attention to detail and a real passion for our motto, "l'Art du Possible"
