Principal Software Engineer, Healthcare AI — Remote EU

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to help architect and build core systems for healthcare AI products. This role involves designing and developing AI-driven patient communication and secure healthcare infrastructure. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong backend expertise (preferably in Python), and is comfortable taking ownership. A competitive salary of €100k to €200k plus equity is part of the offer.
