The Solution Sales Expert, Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Strategic leader who combines SAP expertise, business acumen, and solution domain knowledge to drive cloud growth, customer success, and AI‑powered innovation across key Lines of Business. This role shapes transformative solutions, guides customers through their value journey, and positions SAP as a trusted partner in strategic transformation. The position is responsible for selling SAP Supply Chain Management Software in automotive and high tech industries. Minimum 12 years experience with a proven track record of selling supply chain management solutions over the most recent 4 + years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the SCM strategy for assigned accounts and build forward‑looking transformation plans that put data, AI, and innovation at the center
  • Lead the end‑to‑end customer value journey, uncovering business challenges and shaping opportunities powered by SAP’s latest AI capabilities
  • Grow the pipeline by identifying new strategic opportunities and expanding cloud adoption
  • Bring SAP’s innovation agenda to life for customers through AI use cases, early‑stage PoCs, Joule agents, and intelligent automation scenarios
  • Drive compelling demos, prototypes, and enablement that show customers what is possible today — and what’s next
  • Create clear and persuasive value narratives, including ROI cases, competitive differentiation, and executive storytelling
  • Support commercial discussions, renewals, and cloud consumption growth through a value‑driven lens
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with C‑suite decision‑makers and guide strategic QBRs with impact
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Advisory, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Partner with leading consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey, Bain) to co‑innovate and strengthen joint customer outcomes

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 12+ years in quota‑carrying sales role with a management‑consulting profile including industry or practitioner experience driving software sales; executive relationship building skills with proven C‑suite influence to include Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Manufacturing Officer / Chief Industrial Officer, Chief Logistics Officer
  • 4+ years subject‑matter expertise selling SCM solutions
  • Strong understanding of solution sales, customer value realization, and account planning methodologies; expansion selling track record (account growth)
  • Proven experience influencing executives and navigating multi‑stakeholder SaaS cycles
  • Skilled in value‑based conversations, ROI storytelling, and simplifying complex technology into actionable business impact
  • Strong communication skills in English and French
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment, driving alignment, and leading without formal authority
