Principal Data Engineer, AI Platform & Data Infra

BAO is seeking a Staff or Principal Data Engineer to define how we solve data challenges as we scale. This is a hands-on IC role within Platform, combining software and data engineering with architectural leadership.

You will own the technical direction for major data infrastructure, design scalable data ingestion and processing, ensure data quality and privacy, and drive cross-team collaboration across Data, Platform, Software, and AI Engineering.
