Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - US, UKI, Europe and India

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or relevant industry roles
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects and client relationships
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-impact consulting engagements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience in one or more of the following: digital transformation, IT strategy, change management, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, or data strategy.

Tools & Technologies (As Applicable)

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
• Familiarity with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Comfort with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, Confluence, MS Teams)

Client Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as a strategic advisor to C‑level stakeholders, helping define and drive business and technology transformation.
• Lead the development of engagement strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships based on trust, results, and strategic guidance.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and deliver additional value.

Project Delivery & Oversight

• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, from discovery to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage cross‑functional teams of consultants, analysts, designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Ensure all solutions align with client goals, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
