Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: As a key contributor within the Global Pricing Excellence team, the Pricing Project Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our pricing framework by designing and maintaining robust pricing standards and the related documentation. You will lead and support critical projects aimed at optimizing our rate structures and referentials across Accor. This embarks a unique chance to contribute to a complete overhaul in the context of our upcoming CRS change. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual with strong project management skills, a solid understanding of pricing principles in the hospitality sector, and proven analytical capabilities to diagnose issues, interpret performance, and leverage data‑driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Pricing Project Management & Evolution:
- Project Execution: Manage the lifecycle of assigned pricing projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate the impact of new pricing initiatives on key business metrics.
- CRS Modernization Support:
- System Transition Assistance: Act as a key support for the transition to our new CRS, assisting in the meticulous design, building, and migration of rate libraries and referentials, ensuring pricing methodologies and practices align seamlessly with technological advancements, providing operational support throughout this transformation.
- Project Rollout Contribution: Support the successful execution and rollout of key pricing projects within the new CRS, including contributing to the segmentation rollout, rate clean‑up initiatives, and potential room type migrations.
- Pricing Documentation & Governance:
- Pricing Documentation Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive pricing documentation, including the global opening book and the detailed rate referentials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Rate Governance Support: Support the operational aspects of rate governance frameworks, contributing to the establishment and enforcement of pricing rules and guidelines, with regions, brands and loading teams.
- Referential Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our rate referential data, acting as a key point of contact for related updates and queries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue and pricing management (3+ years), preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS, RMS, Channel Management, and other hotel systems and onward distribution.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality and tourism sectors, preferably international, with a very good overview of the distribution landscape and coherence between used systems and available solutions.
- Technology savvy with understanding of BI tools/processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills required, particularly in the context of technology implementations, with experience in managing diverse teams across different cultures.
- Strong numerical and analytical background, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High engagement and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to autonomously work in high‑pressure situations.
- Passionate about helping leading hotels to capitalize on technology opportunities.
- Fluent English skills.
