The Electronic Industrial Operations Center (COI EL) is looking for a pricing pole manager to support the growth of activities on its various sites. Reporting to the Industrialization Business Unit, the pricing team is involved from the Request for Proposal phase and supports the teams throughout the industrialization of new products.
As pricing pole manager, you and your team work with programs and technical departments within the Operations Directorate scope, for which you establish quotes based on technical data to offer an optimal solution to the client's call for tenders.
To do this, your main missions are:
- Interface with design offices to define the optimized technical solution meeting client needs
- Quote the entire tender in an optimized and reasoned manner
- Define and quote all industrial tools, including investments, necessary for industrialization and mass production of the project
- Propose a consolidated industrial scheme to guarantee our competitiveness
- Project series production costs throughout the product's life cycle
- Master the different manufacturing processes
- Contribute to the effort of leading the TCO (Target Costing) approach during the industrialization phase
- Lead meetings and make presentations to decision‑making bodies
Your main contacts include the Technical Directorate (R&D), the Operations Directorate, suppliers, purchasing, programs, and the establishment's Management Committee, among others.
In a continuous improvement logic, you update the various tools and databases to ensure the homogeneity of the profession.
Due to the central role of the pricing unit, you will also be responsible for consolidating the site's investment needs during budget exercise phases and the global monitoring of the annual investment commitment progress.
As a proximity manager, you supervise a team of approximately 5 people and ensure a structured and motivating work environment. You define individual objectives and support the development of your employees.

This position is for an annual fixed package of 217 days with 6 weeks of leave, 4 fixed rest days, and 4 additional days of leave after 2 years of seniority.

Let's talk about you
You hold an Engineer diploma or equivalent (Bac+5 level), with a specialty in project management. You already have experience in the electronics industry where you have been able to use your skills in transversal project management or technical team management.
Recognized for your relational and communication skills, you are even described as a "good salesperson." You know how to highlight your proposals, their competitiveness, and the added value of manufacturing methods and choices to clients.
Leading meetings with impactful presentations holds no secrets for you, just like leading management rituals (QRQC, team meetings, activity monitoring...).
A level of English allowing you to communicate orally with our design offices, clients, and production centers outside of France is necessary.
Occasional travel may be required for this position, mainly in the Paris region and occasionally to other COI EL sites (Casablanca and Bangalore).
