Pricing & Marketing Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Pricing & Marketing Analyst to join a well-established international business. Working closely with the Commercial team, you'll play a key role in pricing strategy, operational marketing and sales support, helping to drive business performance through data-driven decision making.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial insight in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of daily pricing strategies.
• Calculating, maintaining and updating product pricing.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.
• Analysing pricing performance and contributing to sales optimisation.
• Ensuring pricing data is accurate, reliable and up to date.
• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
• Monitoring marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Assisting with commercial communications and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Managing customer account administration and supporting Regional Sales Directors.
• Assisting with invoicing, reporting and commercial documentation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Pricing, Marketing Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical ability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with pricing models, reporting and commercial data.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• An interest in both commercial strategy and marketing.
• Operational English language skills.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
