Press Showroom & Logistics Coordinator

Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance. Key Responsibilities

• Collection inventory management
• Manage collection inventory for MM6 and MM via Launchmetrics and STEALTH
• Manage seeding inventory via Launchmetrics and STEALTH

Showroom & Sample Management

• Showroom management: ensure the showroom is a clean, organized, and presentable space, prepare for key appointments, manage collections turnover
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of all samples and seeding inventory
• Manage collection retrieval after-sales campaigns
• Coordinate collections return at the end of each season
• Coordinate collection archiving
• Manage sample deliveries
• Manage showroom supplies stock and orders

Order Management

• Manage sample sets and seeding units orders for both MM & MM6
• Coordinate orders with production and merch teams
• Monitor order deliveries timelines and ensure completeness

Internal Requests

• Support internal campaigns needs for both MM and MM6
• Manage internal teams’ requests (meetings, reviews, webinars, sales showrooms, e-commerce shoots, etc.)
• Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of all sample movements

Seeding Coordination

• Support press, digital, and celebrity gifting activities
• Prepare, pack, and track shipments; ensure delivery confirmation
• Coordinate seeding with agents and stylists
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date overview of gifting stock

Profile

• Fluent French and English required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
• High level of rigor and attention to detail
• Minimum 1 year experience at a similar role
• Knowledge of Launchmetrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work in a team environment with a collaborative and diplomatic mindset
