Job Title: Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Clairvaux. Your primary role will be to assess the condition of these structures and develop plans for their restoration while also considering their historical significance and cultural value.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their current condition.
• Develop restoration plans that adhere to historical preservation guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building during restoration.
• Conduct research on the history and significance of each structure to inform restoration plans.
• Oversee the implementation of restoration projects ensuring that all work is done in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the restoration process.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an architect preferably with a focus on preservation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of historical preservation principles, guidelines and regulations.
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Salary

As a Preservation Architect in Clairvaux you can expect to earn a salary of 1000$ per month.

Contract

This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year. However there is potential for extension based on performance.
