Presentation Reconstruction & Editorial Design Specialist

Your work at IXOTurn supplied images of business presentations into accurate, editable PowerPoint slides. The material draws on arts, media and design work, including editorial strategy, audience analysis, production plans and creative reviews. Your task is to preserve the substance while improving how a reader understands it.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct the full content and visual structure in native PowerPoint elements.
• Improve message hierarchy, chart presentation, visual storytelling and layout where the evidence supports a change.
• Preserve terminology, definitions, qualifications and caveats that affect the meaning.
• Write a slide‑by‑slide decision log explaining what changed and why.
• Identify effective design or editorial choices and explain why they should remain.
• Check factual accuracy, formatting consistency and whether the revised slide conveys the intended conclusion.

Preferred background

The preferred profile includes at least three years of practical work in media, publishing, entertainment or design. Experience producing sophisticated executive presentations, especially data‑rich or narrative‑driven decks, is relevant.

Strong PowerPoint layout and formatting skills are essential to the workflow. You should be able to edit content sensitively, justify design decisions with evidence and recognize terminology whose meaning must not change. Experience in AI evaluation or rubric writing is useful but not required.

Deliverables and compensation

Deliverables are editable reconstructed slides and a clear log of modifications and deliberate retentions. Typical planning allows one to two hours per slide, within flexible work cycles. IXO will agree the actual assignment size and schedule before work starts. Pay is $160 • $360/hr in USD. The agreed brief will specify the source images, slide requirements and review criteria. This is hourly reconstruction and improvement work; it is separate from authoring presentation benchmarks paid per completed task.
