Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits.
- Engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide property details.
- Maintain & update CRM to track lead status and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of warm leads.
- Analyze lead conversion data and optimize outreach strategies.
