Presales Engineer, SOC

Responsibilities

• Sales support: Qualification of sales opportunities and participation in client meetings
• Technical expertise: Design of architectures and delivery of customer-tailored solutions
• Internal collaboration: Continuous improvement of activities and handover to project delivery teams
• Partner relations: Management of technical partner relationships and technology watch

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a university master’s in information systems security
• 3–5 years of proven experience in presales services
• Strong command of IT architecture concepts: infrastructure, networking, cloud, on‑premises, resilience
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools, containerization, microservices, and AI
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations: NIST, ISO 27000 series, DORA, NIS2, GDPR
• Familiarity with market vendors' product offerings
