Logistics Order Picker – CACES 1B H/F

Responsibilities

• Preparation and picking of orders
• Picking on the fly
• Use of voice system (vocale)
• Manual handling and lifting of loads
• Perform repetitive tasks

Working Hours

Team shifts Monday‑Friday: 5h50‑13h20 or 13h40‑21h10, alternating weekly.

Compensation

12.31 EUR per hour plus production bonus.

Training & Certification

On‑the‑job training of 70 hours with tutor, including:

• Warehouse environment
• Security rules, correct posture and ergonomics
• Use of voice system
• Picking on the fly
• Production cadence and process optimisation

Candidates without a CACES 1B license will receive the license after a successful aptitude test.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn a new profession.
• No constraints on alternating shift schedule.
• Own vehicle for mobility (public transport not required).
• Seeking stability and long‑term engagement.
• Motivation, professionalism, determination, and seriousness. Beginner accepted.
