Premium Account Sales Lead (English/French)

You will be responsible for the premium account sales team. Your work include:

• recruiting and training sales staff
• developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
• monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• compiling and analysing sales figures
• dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• collecting customer feedback and market research
• reporting back to senior managers

Requirement:

· degree in management

· knowledge of Excel, Word, etc

· advanced level of English and French, both written and oral

· 5 years of previous experience in sales.
