Premier SaaS Support Engineer - Tech & Customer Success

Datadog is seeking Premier Support Engineers to educate prospects and ensure customer success on its observability platform. You will handle multi-channel support, reproduce issues, and drive product discussions with Premier Customers while growing within a fast-paced team.

This hybrid role requires weekend availability and active participation in health checks and customer engagements. You will contribute to knowledge bases and documentation to help customers maximize platform value.
