To support our growth in Germany and in the rest of Europe as well as our ambitious commercial objectives, we are recruiting a Pre‑Sales Manager within the Professional Services department, made up of Fiona, Pre‑Sales Lead, Lukas and Quechua, Pre‑Sales Manager.

The Pre‑Sales Manager are the guarantors of our clients' technical success. From pre‑sales through to long‑term operational support, they act as a true solution architect – the technical counterpart to our Account Managers – translating complex business needs into high‑performance technical configurations.

Your missions:

Pre‑Sales Support

  • You qualify the technical and functional requirements of prospects and existing clients, including change requests.
  • You deliver personalised product demonstrations and draft the technical sections of tender responses, ensuring accuracy across functional, organisational, scheduling, and support dimensions.
  • You identify gaps between the standard product and specific client requests, coordinate with the Technical and Product teams to validate product commitments, flag operational risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Project Management & Deployment

  • You guide clients through scoping their Demand‑Responsive Transport (DRT) project in line with their strategic priorities.
  • You manage end‑to‑end platform deployments, from kick‑off to go‑live, coordinating all stakeholders (partners, subcontractors, internal Technical, Product and Support teams) while driving timelines and managing project risks.
  • You lead User Acceptance Testing phases (UAT) to ensure a zero‑defect launch.

Operational Excellence & Industrialisation

  • You contribute to operator enablement and the production of internal documentation to improve team methods and efficiency.
  • You channel structured field feedback to the Product team to influence the roadmap.

To be more precise, here are a few signs that you can't go wrong:

  • You speak and write English and German fluently (C1/C2 level expected). Fluency in any other European language is a plus.
  • You have a solid professional experience in sales, pre‑sales or project management and are looking to get involved in a committed company, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • You are comfortable working in demanding environments where attention to detail makes all the difference.
  • You are the person who builds the shared doc before the meeting starts. Yes, that person.
