Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial relationships: Build and strengthen commercial relationships with the company’s existing customers.
• Acquire new customers: Actively approach and prospect new customers to expand SmartSD’s presence in the market.
• Identify target companies: Identify potential target companies and key decision-makers within those organizations.
• Analyze customer needs: Gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ needs to provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the Sales Managers to develop successful sales strategies.
• Propose tailored solutions: Design and propose customized solutions, particularly using Axis products such as cameras, software, accessories, and more.
• Follow up with customers and collaborate internally: Maintain customer relationships and work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure the best possible purchasing experience.

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have an interest in the security industry, particularly video surveillance.
• You are experienced in remote sales.
• You have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• You enjoy challenges and are results-driven.
• You are proficient in IT tools, particularly CRM systems.
• You are a team player and work well with others.
• You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written. A good understanding of English is an additional advantage.

Technical training on our products will be provided throughout your onboarding process.
