Pre-Sales Engineer, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

• Promote the Group's infrastructure services as a subject-matter expert supporting the sales teams
• Accompany sales teams in meetings with existing clients and prospects nationwide
• Build close relationships with the client base to ensure contract renewals
• Promote the Group's new services and solutions
• Lead sales and customer engagement initiatives
• Prepare and write commercial proposals
• Proactively propose promotional initiatives for the existing client base
• Manage upselling opportunities among existing clients
• Deliver presentations and tenders in support of the sales teams across the various business units
• Travel as required and attend trade shows
• Work from the headquarters in Fuveau, near Aix-en-Provence

Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in sales or business
• Experience in a similar role
• 5 to 10 years of experience with a software publisher specializing in Information Systems, an IT services company, an IT hardware manufacturer or software publisher, or a systems integrator
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and telecommunications
• Excellent learning ability
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong team spirit
• Valid Category B driving licence required
