Pre-Sales Engineer

Mission Support sales teams and prospects in the presales phase by demonstrating platform value, scoping technical requirements, and designing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Join prospect meetings with sales to understand business and technical needs.
• Deliver impactful and personalized product demos.
• Design and present reference architectures tailored to client needs (cloud, on-prem, integrations).
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and technical proposal documents.
• Build POCs or quick prototypes to showcase value.
• Act as an interface between prospects and product/R&D teams to assess feasibility.
